Workflow Automation
We automate one business process end to end.
Pick a process that runs on spreadsheets, email and manual follow-up. We redesign it, build it, and hand it to your team running.
What this is
A single process, rebuilt so it runs itself.
Invoice approvals. Client onboarding. Order processing. Whatever the process, the pattern is the same: information sits in a shared file, moves by email, and only progresses when someone remembers to chase it.
We take that process and rebuild it as a system. The steps are defined, the routing is automatic, every item has an owner, and the status is visible without asking anyone.
We use your existing software wherever it can do the job. We only build something new when it genuinely cannot.
What you get
Five things, delivered.
Every engagement produces all five. Nothing here is optional or an upsell.
A map of the process as it works today
Every step, every handoff, every exception, written down and agreed with the people who do the work.
The rebuilt process
Running in your systems, tested against real cases including the awkward ones.
Exception handling
What happens when something does not fit the normal path, and who it goes to.
Documentation and training
Written instructions per role, and sessions with the people who will use it.
A named owner
One person on your side who knows how it works and can change it after we leave.
How it runs
How it runs
You see working software while we build, not only at the end.
Map it
We sit with the team and follow real cases through the current process. We measure how long it takes and where it stalls.
Design it
We agree the new process on paper, including what happens to the exceptions. You approve it before we build.
Build it
We build in stages and show you working software as it comes. Difficult cases first.
Hand it over
Real-world testing, training by role, documentation, and a named owner. Then we step back.
Larger programmes
When one workflow becomes several.
When several connected workflows, systems and teams need to change together, we deliver the work as a phased digital transformation programme.
It is the same implementation discipline applied at a wider scope, not a separate capability you have to choose first.
Questions
Before automating a process.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many systems are involved and how messy the data is. We scope the work and give you a fixed price before anything starts. We would rather narrow the scope than run over.
Do we need to replace our software?
Usually not. Most processes break in the gaps between systems, not inside them. We would rather configure and connect what you have.
What if our process is not written down anywhere?
That is normal, and it is the first thing we do. Nobody should be asked to automate a process they cannot describe.
Who does the work on our side?
We need the people who actually run the process for a few hours a week, and one person who can make decisions. Not a project team.
What happens after you leave?
Your named owner runs it. We document everything and stay available, but you should not need us. If you want ongoing support we can arrange it separately.
What if it does not work?
We agree one measure before we start, usually time per case or backlog. We check it after go-live and tell you honestly whether it moved.
