Our Work

We build systems that have to work outside the demo.

Selected products and systems we have designed, engineered and brought into production. Some are Losung-built products rather than client engagements. We include them because they show how we approach architecture, data, integration, security and production ownership.

01

Vibe Unlock

Application infrastructure migration

A migration service for applications built quickly on managed development platforms that now need to run on infrastructure their owners control.

The problem

Applications built quickly on managed development platforms can become difficult to move once the database, authentication, files and backend logic depend on that platform. The application works, but the business does not fully control it.

What we built

A structured migration service that identifies those dependencies, designs the target environment, moves backend components and reconnects the existing application, without asking users to start over.

What the work involved

  • Database and records
  • Authentication and users
  • Storage and files
  • Backend functions
  • Secrets and environment configuration
  • Third-party integrations
  • Migration planning
  • Testing and rollback
  • Documentation and handover

Relevant capabilities

The same discipline applies to any enterprise moving a system it depends on: inventory every dependency, rehearse the cutover, and keep a way back.

Happlace

Production-grade mobile platform

A native mobile application and backend, taken from architecture to a live public release, with identity, access control, payments and operations in place from launch.

The problem

Releasing software to the public leaves no room for shortcuts. Identity, permissions, data protection, payments and reliability all have to work from the first user, and the release has to pass a strict third-party review before anyone can install it.

What we built

The full stack: a native iOS application, the backend API and database, and the infrastructure behind them. Access is enforced record by record, and billing is integrated with the platform's payment system.

What the work involved

  • Identity via an external provider (Sign in with Apple)
  • Record-level access control
  • Secure file and media storage
  • Real-time messaging
  • Subscription billing integration
  • API and data model design
  • Native iOS application
  • App Store review and release
  • Monitoring and reliability

Relevant capabilities

Delivered as a production-grade application and live on the App Store.

Kinjay

Health data and AI application

Industry: Healthcare & Human Services

A health data application that turns incoming documents into structured, comparable records, with AI doing the extraction and people staying in control of what is accepted.

The problem

Lab reports and medical documents arrive from different labs in different formats, with different units and reference ranges, so the same value can be flagged at one lab and look normal at another. Results have to be extracted, organized and compared over time, and the original report still matters. AI should not quietly become the source of truth.

What we built

A pipeline from uploaded document to structured record: AI-assisted extraction, normalization so values from different sources can be compared, and a review step where a person confirms the result against the original before it is trusted.

What the work involved

  • Document upload and storage
  • AI-assisted extraction of structured values
  • Normalization across sources and formats
  • Review queue before data is accepted
  • Every value linked to its source document
  • History and comparison over time
  • Separate records with controlled access
  • Privacy and data handling

Relevant capabilities

In healthcare operations the same pattern fits intake forms, referrals, eligibility documents and claims: extract, normalize, review where the risk warrants it, and keep the source one click away.
