What we collect
When you submit a form on this site, we receive the information you enter: your name, work email address, phone number, company, and anything you write in the message field.
We also automatically record technical information with each submission: your IP address, browser user-agent string, browser language preference, the page you submitted from, and the date and time. We keep this to identify and block automated abuse of the form.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information, health information, financial account details, or credentials through this website.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work.
- To keep a record of business correspondence.
- To detect and prevent abuse of our contact form.
Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and collects usage data including a truncated IP address. This tells us how the site is used in aggregate; it is not used to identify you personally.
You can opt out at any time using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site.
Who else sees your data
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. They process data on our instructions only.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
Where your data is held
Our hosting and database are operated by Cloudflare and your information may be processed in the United States. If you are contacting us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of business correspondence, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless we have an ongoing relationship or a legal reason to keep them longer. Technical anti-abuse records are kept for twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it. Email info@losungconsult.com and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or state privacy laws such as the CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We honour these requests regardless of where you are.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with our hosting provider under their access controls. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us confidential material through this website. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.
Children
This website is for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
